Hooray!

Hello friends! I hope you're having a great weekend. Today I would like to share my take on MFT sketch challenge #527.
I used a stamp set called Hooray Kind of Day illustrated by Stacey Yacula. I stamped them in milk chocolate ink then colored with copic markers. I cut them out using their coordinating dies.
For the background I cut a piece of Bristol smooth cardstock and ink blended the entire panel with tattered rose distress oxide. Next I used Ray of Lights stencil and blended worn lipstick on top. Can you see how much interest a stencil can add to a card?
I die cut grass and ink blended mowed lawn and shabby shutters distress inks, again adding splatters. I grounded the images on the grass with a combination of liquid glue and foam tape for dimension. I stamped the sentiment from the set that fit perfectly on the banner the bear is holding. To complete my card I added some small clouds to fill in the space on the top panel.

Thank you for stopping by. Have a wonderful day and happy crafting!!
