Enchanting Paris

Hello friends! I'm excited to tell you I have joined the Penguin Palace design team. Last week the owner, Sharon, has been posting new products from the amazing Spring Release. It is packed with lots of cute stamps, stand alone dies, stencils, and beautiful cardstocks. This week the rest of the DT will be showing you lots of inspiration on their social media.

For my first project I used the adorable Enchanting Paris and Sidewalk scene builder die.
The stamp set has many cute images to build your scene. I stamped and colored the images with hybrid ink. I colored them with copic markers and cut them out using their coordinating dies.
I used the Dotted slimline die for my card panel. There are two sizes so you can use one or both of them depending on what look you're going for. I cut the small size from Bristol smooth cardstock and ink blended with salty ocean, peacock feathers, and shaded lilac distress oxide ink. I splattered some water onto the panel using a small paint brush. I also added some flicks with diluted salty ocean for more interest.

Next I cut the sidewalk scene builder from gray cardstock that creates these scorlines. It was perfect for this scene. I adhered all the images using foam tape. Then I stamped the sentiment on white cardstock and cut it using a fishtail banner. Finally I added some clear sequins all around the ink blended panel.

The new release is now available for pre-order, check out the Penguin Palace shop. Happy shopping!! Thanks for stopping by and I'll be back tomorrow with another project.
